This dude in the red was screaming out, "CANDY WAGON!" at the top of the escalator for quite some time. Only many people passed him by.

Then someone came by with some water, and so he went from "CANDY WAGON!" to "CANDY WAGON! FREE WATER!"

Within moments, the water was gone.

But he still had plenty of candy left.
