i'm cold

So it’s my second day at camp I'm speaking at and I’ve realized why I don’t like the cold weather… because it’s cold. Really cold. The kind of cold that makes you wish you were short enough for your sleeping bag to cover up all of you. So cold that whenever you hear someone say that they’ve been in colder weather you want to slap them with a salmon that has been dipped in the cold waters that surround the cold cabins, making them ever colder than they should be to begin with.

Did I mention yet how cold I am?

We don't get cold here in California.

Sorry, not bragging. Just stating a fact. I think you can buy an extra long sleeping bag....

Write me back when you've been in -40 weather for a week. Weather that you have to plug your vehicles plugged in so the oil and the radiator doesn't freeze. Weather that those who drive diesal vehicles have to leave them running otherwise the diesal turns into a gel. Where frost bite takes place in less than 30 seconds.

Then you will know why I don't believe in global warming, and I pray for it every winter

Today's high promises to hit 70 in my neck of the woods. Sucks to be you.

Wait, I live in California and I get cold sometimes. Not today, of course, when the high looks to be in the mid-70's.

By the way, the salmon comment reminded me of the "Fish Slapping Dance" from Monty Python. If you haven't seen it, you really need to.

I'm with you Tony. It was cold, and I don't like cold weather for the same reason.

I hope heaven is warm.

And by the way...

Michael, Dakotaranger, and Danny - get ready to duck.

I don't know about Heaven, but the lake of fire thing sounds a little warm
