Something my cool wife starting doing with our boys last year is making St Patrick's Day fun by serving Green Eggs and Ham for breakfast... who knew green food coloring could be so handy?

Of course, you're seeing this year's version. Last year my youngest son had to be talked into it... which is rather ironic, given the story.

2007: "I do not like Green Eggs and Ham. I do not like them, Dad-I-Am."
