when theologians don't play nice

While waiting for an elevator in a shopping mall, one mom bent down to remind her young boys that it's polite to wait at the side of the doors so people can get off before you get on. As she straightened up, she saw ten adults quickly lining up to the side behind her children.

In the same way (and given the way blogs can be used to pick apart ideas), some denominational leaders are attempting to correct their naive stone throwers.
"For Christ's sake, stop!" declared the president of the Southern Baptist Convention, the Rev. Frank Page, pleading for civility in the Baptist blogosphere.
