It seems that the chart is an Actionable item that requires more than two minutes and cannot be delegated. I recommend that you defer it by assigning it a specific date or time. As it seems to be a multi-step project, with a worthy outcome, but requires considerable planning, you should assign it ASAP.
Good to know that someone took the time to put this chart together. Where would we be without it? Maybe we should get out of the cubicles and back on the farm (this coming from a city girl).

I saw this on Scot's blog and thought, "If that's what it takes to become a world-famous NT scholar, I'm not sure I'm up for it!"
