your life's theme song

So what TV show theme song...
past or present - do you think best represents
your life these days?

I think I'm going with
The A-Team
for mine.
"If you have a problem, if no one else can help,
and if you can find them, maybe you can hire...
the A-Team"

At least it wasn't the theme from Small Wonder.

Dang it! Just saying that made me realize I have brain cells in my head that still know the theme song to that show.

Crazy premise... a dad smart enough to make a robot that looked exactly like a real girl but he couldn't find a way to stop her from talking in monotone.

And yet it was on the air for how many ears? God bless the fox company for that little gem.

Small Wonder, oh I lost some many hours of my life to that show. Hmmm, do you think I can sue the network for that and ask that I be compensated for those hours and the brain cells lost?

I loved that show

Okay... so we've established that no one here is using "Small Wonder" as their theme song (even though the decision is split on whether or not it's added or subtracted from our lives).

So what's YOUR theme song?

We gotta right to pick a little fight
BONANZA
Anyone who fights with any one of us
has gotta fight with me

We're not a one to saddle up and run
BONANZA
Anyone of us that starts a little fuss
knows he can count on me

One on four, four on one
this we garantee

We gotta right to pick a little fight
BONANZA
BONANZA

Whoa... I didn't even know there were lyrics to that song. But hey... that works!

Love your blog! My theme song would be from Cheers:

Sometimes you want to go
Where everybody knows your name,
and they're always glad you came.
You wanna be where you can see,
our troubles are all the same
You wanna be where everybody knows
Your name.

That's so funny that y'all are talkin' about Small Wonder. I went to jr. high with the actress of the show (Tiffany Brissette). That's my pitiful claim to fame. LOL!!!

E-gads I started a small wonder controversy. I think that is one of those shows that people rarely want to admit they watched. it was so bad it was good.

Different Strokes

Well, the world don't move to the beat of just one drum, what might be good (or is it 'right'?) might not be right for some...they'll have theirs, you'll have yours, and I'll have mine, and together we'll be fine cuz it takes different strokes, it takes different strokes...

I'm sure I didn't get the lyrics quite right but I have to remind myself not to get caught up in a comfortable Christian frame of mind. There is a whole world out there that doesn't see things my way and I have to remember to live and interact in a respectful manner while maintaining my faith and values.

Ok, I posted my theme before reading the comments cuz I didn't want to be influenced. I might have swiped The Cheers theme for myself if I had:)

I have never heard of Small Wonder. Sounds like I didn't miss much. I grew up in Canada and moved to Indiana when I was twelve so maybe Small Wonder was an 80s show they didn't get broadcast north of the border. Now I'm back in Canada again and I can get all the US shows up here. Thank goodness--I don't think I could live without 'The Apprentice' and '24.'

Picture "The Apprentice" but with Donald Trump as a pre-teen girl robot who talks in monotone... and a cheesy laugh track.

I always thought trump was a robot.

Yeah? Then...
